acpi control system is not yet configurated on this ayatem
thats the massage i get the problem is on my laptop r40 ibm the fan start few second on starting computer and stuck..if i not coll the computer with external fan then is stop working.
You need to install the latest version of nhc for this to work.
Also try and edit the ibm.cs file to say "r40" instead of "T43P" in 2 places. Do all of this while NHC is CLOSED.
I also get the ACPI not configurated for this system message. I have a Thinkpad R32 2658J3M but despite entering the details I still can't get the system to run. I have the latest version of NHC.
Please help me as I really need ACPI control to control the CPU fan when it switches to full speed and refuses to slow down for long periods of time.
Its happen in my T43 26684DU, keep getting "acpi control system is not yet configured on this system" Latest NHC 2.0 release 6 installed and closed all NHC while i doing it. No go..
