This is the first KB I can recall where Microsoft actually recommends rebooting every x days or weeks.
Assuming a 15 minute reboot cycle, 1 - 15/14d x 24h x 60m = max uptime of 99.926%...
I think they mention the 2 week time period because of this bug, which this hotfix is supposed to help fix. If you are forced to reboot your Exchange server every 2 weeks due to memory fragmentation, this is supposed to help.
