Wii System Update 3 finally fixes the Wii Shop Channel low-bandwidth lockup on launch bug!

Hooray! I can finally access the Virtual games and other goodies in the shopping center! I doubt I'll be able to play online decently until something better than a mobile phone 1xRTT connection is available in my neck of the woods.

As a sidenote: Boo to the US government for not allowing the rural bandwidth allocation this week.
