Contacted MS (via the email hotfix request form) and got 2 difference responses (x86 + x64)
* We have received your request for a hotfix; however the hot fix you are mentioning is no longer available. * Currently we do not have hotfix for the issue mentioned in the KB940199. I'm guessing the fix isn't rolled out yet as the KB was only published yesterday so will try again in a day or two...
The hotfix is not available!
I would like to resolve this i've had this problem for months now!
I have the same problem and no fix or answers. Contacted Microsoft and was told nothing we can do. Told to pay for tech how can't give me a hotfix or solve the problem. That's MICROSOFT, takes your money, gives you a CRAPY product and then won't help you. Isn't that theft under false pretenses???? Talking about a company that has all of the money in the world and still rips you off... Anyway, if you have a solution to this problem that works send it to me, please.... sabyg00@hotmail.com
