Office Communications Server 2007 PowerGUI PowerPack - This is what the OCS Management console should look like

It is free, based on PowerShell, and has a lot of functionality not present in the native OCS MMC.

Does this work with Server 2003 running OCS 2007, or is this only for deployments running Server 2008?

It works with Server 2003/etc. OCS 2007 doesn't play nicely (for the most part) with Server 2008.
