I used the product for 6 years .. looking at bringing it on board my current job.
I used the CIC 1.1 - 2.2 systems on an analog config. I look forward to using SIP. From what I have seen on the cisco call manager side .. this pbx kills it. There have been a couple reviews on this but its open standard SIP based so Avaya, Nortel, etc still limits your functionality.
Absolute nightmare! Run as fast as you can! In fairness, much of the disaster was caused by the implementation. Email me for details.

We are 5 months into a Vonexus VoIP solution. The software is wonderful; very capable. It does not however make up for horrible call quality. We are close to scrapping our system and going back to traditional phones. It has been a very expensive 'experiment' in both cost and impact on our ability to communicate with our customers.
