We are 5 months into a Vonexus VoIP solution. The software is wonderful; very capable. It does not however make up for horrible call quality. We are close to scrapping our system and going back to traditional phones. It has been a very expensive 'experiment' in both cost and impact on our ability to communicate with our customers.
