Thanks for the heads up! Anyway, what is your source of the release events? I am subscribed to all the OCS/OC/LM KB RSS feeds from MS site:
http://support.microsoft.com/selectindex/?target=rss but they are as useless, as possible. 99% of the released KBs never show up in the feed. Ps: I dont know if you already read this: http://blogs.pointbridge.com/Blogs/mcgillen_matt/Pages/Post.aspx?_ID=73 because after this, the official MS fix looks quite ridiculous: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/978373/ "After you apply the update, you receive the following message on the Dial-in Conferencing Settings page: You will need a PIN to dial into meetings on your organization's network from an outside telephone. Your PIN can contain only numbers, and it must contain at least the minimum number of digits set by your administrator." READ: they just removed the value from the text, instead of fixing it ![]()
Bummer... the DB download is dead and the ServerUpdateInstaller.exe is the same 54MB version from last time. When I run it there is nothing to update. I guess the files aren't seeded yet.
That happens everytime, if you try to download the files immediately after a great guy (like Aaron) publishes the link so early after they made their way to the download servers
![]() Wait a week, and it will be okay. |
