Accessing the Microsoft Certified Professional private newsgroups without using the web interface
This one comes up a lot on the newsgroups and I always forget it, so if anything, this is a note to myself:
Setup a username and password at https://members.microsoft.com/communities/mcp/default.mspx
For your NNTP program, use this information:
News server: privatenews.microsoft.com
Username: [username you setup ]
Password: [password you setup]
If you are using Outlook Express, make sure to select SPA or it will NOT work.
