Cisco VPN client 4.8.1+ - use Windows native IPSec and Cisco VPN at the same time. Oh, Vista support too!

You'll want the Cisco VPN client version 4.8.1 or higher, and change your .pcf connection file to include "UseLegacyIKEPort=0" in the [main] section.
