Thinkpad owners doing inplace upgrades and/or fresh installs of Vista - download the updated Power Management driver

For some reason, it is not listed under the ‘Vista’ OS listing yet, but it specifically adds support for Vista.
This should help if you have run into any ‘lockup coming out of standby’ problems.
